  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Stir in the cooked shrimp (or your chosen protein), RA Seasonings Cajun, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. If desired, stir in the heavy cream for a richer sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
