- 1 English Muffin Sliced in 1/2
- 4 Slices of Genoa Salami
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 cups of Baby Arugula
- RA Seasonings All Purpose
Slice your Muffin in 1/2 and Toast until golden brown. Place your Arugula down on top of your muffin followed by 2 slices of salami per muffin. Fry 2 eggs for about 2 min keeping the yolk very runny. Side your eggs out of your pan on top of your muffins. Season your eggs with RA Seasonings All Purpose.
