Grilled Fish Tacos

These tacos are packed with protein and can be topped with a variety of fresh vegetables and toppings for a delicious and nutritious meal. Try them today!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb white fish (such as tilapia or cod)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco 'Bout It RA Seasoning 
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and Taco 'Bout It RA Seasoning.
  3. Brush the fish with the spice mixture and place on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
  4. While the fish is cooking, warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  5. To assemble the tacos, place a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla and top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cilantro, greek yogurt, and sliced avocado.
  6. Squeeze a lime wedge over each taco for added flavor.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
