Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish (such as tilapia or cod)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon Taco 'Bout It RA Seasoning
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges, for serving
- 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and Taco 'Bout It RA Seasoning.
- Brush the fish with the spice mixture and place on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
- While the fish is cooking, warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
- To assemble the tacos, place a piece of grilled fish on each tortilla and top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cilantro, greek yogurt, and sliced avocado.
