Garlic Cheddar Elotè Dip

2 ears corn cut from cob (grilled or boiled) 

1 fresh jalapeno fine diced 

⅛ cup mayo 

⅛ cup low fat sour cream 

2 tbls RA Seasonings Garlic Cheddar 

1 tbls Verde Viejo or favorite hot sauce 

Combine ingredients and mix well.

Chill for at least an hour and serve!
