- 4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Caribbean Jerk RA Seasoning
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Caribbean Jerk RA Seasoning.
