Cajun Pasta

1 cup rigatoni pasta 

½ shrimp 

1 cup andouille sausage 

1 red bell pepper 

½ yellow onion 

3 cloves garlic 

2 tbsp Ra seasonings Cajun 

½ cup white wine  

1 cup cauliflower puree 

½ cup shrimp or chicken stock. 


Cook pasta to al dente.

In large frying pan add olive oil, heat and add onion, garlic, and bell pepper.

Cook until onions are translucent, add sausage and shrimp.

Cook until shrimp is pink. De-glaze with white wine and reduce.

Add cauliflower puree, cajun seasoning and stock to desired consistency.

Simmer 5 min and add pasta.

Fold to coat, simmer 5 more minutes and serve.
