2 cups vegan Mac or rigatoni
1 cup cauliflower pureè (recipe below)
3 tablespoons RA seasonings Garlic Cheddar
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp hot sauce
Cook pasta till tender.
Drain add butter, cauliflower puree, and RA Seasonings.
Mix to combine and half hot sauce mix and heat for 10 min.
Top with microgreens and rest of hot sauce.
1 head of cauliflower
4 cups water or vegetable stock
1 tsp vegan cream cheese
Boil cauliflower in water or stock. Place cauliflower in Vitamix or high-power blender w/cream
cheese and a little cooking liquid at a time to reach creamy consistency.
