Spicy Halibut

  • 6oz wild halibut
  • 1cup of jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup of Toasted coconut
  • 1/4 cup of low sodium teriyaki
  • 1/4 cup of Sriracha
  • 1/4 cup of chopped scallions
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
  • RA Seasonings All Purpose
  • RA Seasonings Spicy


Make your marinate by combining your teriyaki and Sriracha and coat your fish and let sit for 30 min. Cook your rice and stir in your toasted coconut. Season your fish with RA Seasonings and place in the oven for 10 min on 350 degrees. When done place your fish on your bed of rice and top with scallions and a little of your marinate sauce. Now you have a delicious meal for dinner or lunch!!!
