Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic and ham cook for a few minutes, until onion are soft. Stir in potatoes, cream, milk, RA Seasonings Zesty Garlic, Dill Ranch, and parsley; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring gently, 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Top with crispy onion straws to add a little bit of crunch.
