RA Seasonings Red Snapper



Dice up your red potatoes and toss in a mixing bowl with olive oil. Season the with RA Seasonings Dill Ranch, Rosemary, minced garlic and place in the oven on 350 degrees for 20 min. Place your two fillets of Snapper on a sheet of tin foil and season them with RA Seasonings Zesty Garlic. Next, mince up your garlic and rub on top of your fish. Slice a few lemon and orange slices to place on top as well. Next, you will squeeze the rest of your lemon and orange on your fish to give it that citrus flavor as well as top your fillets with fresh Rosemary and Oregano. Take another sheet of tin foil the same size and place in on top of your fish while folding the sides to create an air tight pouch your fish will cook in. This will keep your fish nice and moist and prevent it from drying out. Bake your fish on 350 for about 12 min and your ready to serve.
