Pork Loin Mushroom

    • 2lb Pork Tenderloin
    • 1 French Baguette
    • 2 Boxes of Portobello Mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup of Chives
    • 1/4 cups of minced garlic
    • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
    • 1 Container of Garlic Chive cream cheese
    • 1 Egg
    • RA Seasonings Zesty Garlic


    Trim your Pork Tenderloin of all its fat. Mix your bread Crumbs and Zesty Garlic together in a mixing bowl. Whisk an egg and coat your tenderloin so your spice mixture will stick. Coat your tenderloin with your bread crumbs and Zesty garlic and place in oven for 15 min of 490 degrees. Saute all your mushrooms, garlic, chives down to create your topping. Slice your baguette diagonally and place in the oven for 5 min to get them a little crunchy for some texture. Spread your cream cheese on your baguette pieces while Slicing your tenderloin into thin slices. Place your tenderloin pieces on top of your crostini followed by your mushrooms and your all ready for a great appetizer!!
