Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs

  • 1/2 cup of fresh diced pineapple
  • 1lb of ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup of jasmine rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
  • low sodium teriyaki glaze
  • sesame seeds
  • RA Seasonings Spicy


Place your ground chicken in a large mixing bowl along with your pineapple, RA Seasonings Spicy, 1 egg, sesame seeds, panko bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of teriyaki. Mix that all together and form meatballs out of the mixture. Bake them for 25 min on 350 degrees until they are cooked all the way through. Place 1 1/2 cups of water on the stove bring to a boil and pour in your rice. Turn down the heat to low and cover until rice is cooked. lay down a bed of rice and place your meatballs on top. Sprinkle your shredded carrot and sesame seeds on top along with a little of your teriyaki glaze and your ready to eat!!!
