Put a little bit of Olive Oil in a pan and put in crushed walnuts. Add Rosemary and Thyme and let the walnuts sear for about five minutes, letting the flavors seep into the walnuts. Once finished, add your walnuts, feta and a couple dashes of RA Seasonings Zesty Garlic to the arugula. Squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon over everything and toss together.
