Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season chicken thighs with RA Seasonings Zesty Garlic, sea salt, black pepper and paprika, to taste. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet. Make sure the skillet is oven safe. Add the chicken and sear both sides until golden brown. Should only take 2-3 minutes each side. Once seared, drain the excess fat and set your chicken aside. Take your remaining butter and melt in the same skillet. Add your garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, lemon juice, Thyme and Parmesan Cheese. Once brought to a boil, add your spinach and simmer for about 3-5 minutes or until spinach wilts. Return the chicken to the skillet. Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.
***For the herbs, spices, garlic and cheese, use however much you like. Use more or less garlic, or use lots of spinach to get your veggies for the day. The cheese can be completely eliminated and still taste great! Make this dish your own!
For the asparagus, just add Olive Oil to a skillet and cook until your desired preference. Season with RA Seasonings Zesty Garlic. If you want more zest, squeeze fresh lemon over asparagus while cooking.
For the potatoes, take red potatoes and chop into blocks. Season with RA Seasonings All Purpose & Zesty Garlic. Bake at 400 degrees, for 30-35 minutes or until cooked.
