Jalapeño Mushroom Bison Burger

  • 1 lb ground bison
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of baby arugula
  • 1 oz of chipotle aoli
  • 1 french roll
  • RA Seasonings Zesty Garlic


Place your ground bison in a large mixing bowl and mix in your Zesty Garlic seasoning. Next form patties and place them on the gill. While your burgers are cooking sauté your mushrooms and Jalapeños in some olive oil. Next toast your roll to your liking and spread your chipotle aioli on both sides. Take your burger off the grill when you achieved your desired temperature. Build your burger starting with your mushrooms, Jalapeño and your Arugula and your all ready to eat!!!
